On April 1, 2024, North Base Niseko Co., Ltd. will be split, and a new company, Niseko Land & Building Co., Ltd., will be established. The new company will take over the operations previously carried out by North Base Niseko Co., Ltd. We look forward to your continued guidance and support.

We relocated from Koto Ward, Tokyo, to Niseko in April 2000. Using that experience, we have accumulated knowledge about living in Niseko, interacting and engaging with the local community, the pros and cons of rural life, and building homes in snowy regions, including importing logs and constructing a house ourselves.
